Someone requested our rain plan. It depends on when it rains and how much.
The tents will start going up at 8am and are all up by 9:30am, a mild rain after that and we will try and carry on. Individuals will make their own choices and for instance the aerial dancers would may not perform in rain.
If it is a downpour that lasts through the night before and into that day, we will probably cancel. Especially if there is thunder and lightning, bu that is not the current forecast.
Right now Accuweather says perhaps spotty showers in the morning, then sunny and humid high temp 81. It will feel like 90 in the sun and 83 in the shade. The two days before that predict .04 and .10 inches of rain.
If we are cancelling, it will be on our social media for sure, Facebook and Instagram and our website.
