Individual Deaf and/or disabled vendors can register for free. There is a fee for all other exhibitors, however, organizations with significant budget limitations can apply here for a discounted ticket.

Exhibitors will receive pre-festival communications and support. On the day of the festival, exhibitors will receive a table, up to two chairs, and tent coverage. Exhibitors may bring their own branded tent if they prefer. Exhibitors should bring tablecloths, informational materials, and giveaways.
